Hi! I’m Sem Gradenwitz, a designer and Communication student with a growing focus on concept, campaigns and creative thinking.

My background is mainly in graphic design, which has shaped the way I approach ideas: visually, clearly and with a strong eye for execution. More recently, I’ve been moving beyond just the design itself and getting more involved in the thinking behind it: from insights and concepts to how an idea can work across different formats.

I’m currently studying Communication at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and working as a Creative Intern at Truus, after previously freelancing for the agency as a designer. Alongside this, I also take on freelance design projects.

Through my studies, internships and freelance work, I’ve worked on projects for brands including Netflix, KFC, bol, HEMA, Holland Casino, ALDI and Dé VakantieDiscounter.

I’m especially interested in the space where strong ideas and strong design meet, and in developing myself further from designer into a broader creative role.
